Campbell and Haliburton have been Regina’s premier location for years now. We believe that we have kept many Regina folks calm during many crises and issues. For example, getting life insurance or dealing with tenant or auto insurance claims. Therefore, the team at Campbell and Haliburton have always kept calm and been a stoic figure in the city in times of unrest or unease. As such, we want to provide a COVID 19 update on where we stand.

COVID-19 Update

It is not unknown that the COVID-19 outbreak has only got worse since news of the pandemic reached Regina. Businesses are closing all over the city. Many people are working from home, or not working in the wake of the virus. Yesterday, (March 17, 2020) the province of Saskatchewan officially announced a State of Emergency. Further, the federal government has been urging everyone who can, to stay home and self-isolate for the foreseeable future. The federal government has assured us all that the public health system is prepared. Unfortunately, that doesn’t soothe many of the fears Canadians are experiencing today. These fears are from those who are aged 65 and over, those with compromised immune systems, and those with underlying medical conditions.

Campbell and Haliburton Staff Will Work Remote

MyCH has been a pillar in the Regina community for years now, and have been experiencing a bigger influx of traffic than usual. Since the government declared a State of Emergency yesterday, the team at Campbell and Haliburton have chosen to shut their physical doors. This means we will be taking all of our work remote. However, that does not mean the team is not here for you during this time. Our hours are still Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Further, all brokers will be available by email and phone. You can contact who you need here.

Since this is evolving so quickly, we will be taking a few days to get settled. This is so our brokers can find their footing working remotely. However, some brokers are already working remotely and are set up to take your queries. Therefore, there will be no interruption of any services and we can still accept new applications by email. Further, we will be sending policy renewals by email as well.

We want our clients, and the city of Regina, to know that we are prepared, we have a plan. It will be business as usual for us, just not at our brick and mortar facility.
