Campbell and Haliburton have been Regina’s premier location for years now, and they have been the faces that have kept many Regina folks calm during issues they had to face, like gaining life insurance or dealing with tenant or auto insurance claims. The team at Campbell and Haliburton have always kept calm and been a stoic figure in the city in times of unrest or unease.

It is not unknown that the COVID-19 outbreak has only got worse since news of the pandemic reached our ears in Regina. Business are closing all over the city, and many people are being left working from home, or not working in the wake of the virus. Yesterday, (March 17th, 2020) the province of Saskatchewan officially announced a State of Emergency, and the federal government has been urging everyone who can, to stay home and self-isolate for the foreseeable future. The federal government has assured us all that the public health system is prepared, but that doesn’t soothe many of the fears Canadians are experiencing today, especially those who are aged 65 and over, those with compromised immune systems, and those with underlying medical conditions. It is common, and completely understandable, for people to be turning to their insurance brokers for questions about payments, insurance needs, applications, and policy renewals.

Campbell and Haliburton

MyCH has been a pillar in the Regina community for years now, and have been experiencing a bigger influx of traffic than usual. Since the government declared a State of Emergency yesterday, the team at Campbell and Haliburton have chosen to shut their physical doors and to take all of their work remote. This does not mean the team is not there for you during this time. Our hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and all brokers will be available by email and phone numbers, which can be found here. Since this is all evolving so quickly, we are taking a few days for everyone to get settled down, and find their footing working remotely, however, some brokers are already working remotely, and are already set up to take your queries. There will be no interruption of any services, and we can still accept new applications by email. We will be sending policy renewals by email as well.
We want our clients, and the city of Regina, to know that we are prepared, we have a plan. It will be business as usual for us, just not at our brick and mortar facility.
