Dave Arnold is one of those people who will help anyone - even when you are not a customer. Recently he suggested how I could find my broker after my husband died - as my husband looked after those things I had no idea. Once found, he helped me walk... through my auto insurance to ensure it is appropriate for me - his answer, "Yes it is!" He'll get my business (and yours, I hope) when the time comes to renew.And still, I will leave my present broker.I am loyal! I never leave a business unless there has been a problem. This past year it took 4 phone calls to my broker company and SGI to finally get my policy after my husband died. My broker told me we did not have a policy with them. We have visited there for our Sask I'd with our energetic kids. The staff were amazing and helpful they checked the required paperwork for us and made the Sask I'd application.They even provided my kids with some colours and drawing, They were... professional and kids. I've been the customer of this insurance company for the past 15 years, it never occurs to me that I will get a very bad customer service with them. I went there at 1300 hour to renew and change my plate to a customized one that I purchased with... sgi. The small middle aged asian lady with eyeglasses and hair highlights that I talked to looks annoyed and no basic manner for customer service, I was also planning to change my home address to the current one that I lived in and renewing my car insurance but i decided not to proceed and told her that I'm just going to renewed it next year. I recommended this insurance company from my family, relatives, and friends but now I'm going to bring my business to another insurance company because of this experience. 15 years and now it all goes down the drain.read more

Recently, purchased Home Insurance Policy from Blaine. I would consider him the Worlds Best representative who did a wonderful job.
