At myCH Insurance, we believe in our community. We are from Regina and have a strong connection to causes that promote physical and mental health awareness, through our multiple annual fundraising events and through our sponsorship of the Queen City Marathon.
The Y Strong Kids Campaign does both of these things, through the guidance provided by YMCA as well as promoting kids to be more active in their lives. The fewer barriers to entry into sports we can provide as a community to the most vulnerable we can generate the better, as it allows for a creative outlet for ones emotions while helping lift up as a group.
This is our second year with a team in the YMCA Endless Cycle event, and we are proud to be involved as a sponsor as well.
Endless Cycle is an annual corporate relay race where teams of five riders cycle for their lives and raise funds for the YMCA of Regina’s Strong Kids Campaign. Team spirit, fair play, and hilarious costumes encouraged!
As a leading charity, the YMCA of Regina cares about the health and well being of everyone in our community. The Y Strong Kids Campaign is important because it takes a village to build healthy communities and to provide programs for kids in our community to reach their full potential.
The Y’s Strong Kids Program encompasses a number of community initiatives including:
